Job Description
The Business Analyst acts as a key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, supporting the analysis, definition, and documentation of business requirements for technology initiatives. This role helps translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibility and Attributions
Analyze and model business processes related to infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity
Support the project delivery manager in identifying and evaluating opportunities, conducting preliminary analyses, and managing client portfolios.
Assist stakeholders in defining, justifying, and documenting business requirements.
Utilize various information-gathering techniques to accurately capture and manage business needs.
Prioritize and oversee requirements to facilitate solution implementation.
Develop and present concrete solutions to business challenges.
Advise and support stakeholders in driving innovation and process improvements.
Mentor less experienced team members, contributing to skill development and knowledge sharing.
Help define business analysis methodologies, processes, and tools.
Conduct quality control activities, including structured testing and validation
Assist users during acceptance testing phases.
Contribute to Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field; a masters degree is a plus.
Minimum of five years of experience in IT.
Strong understanding of business processes and operational needs.
Proven ability to capture business requirements and translate them into use cases, case studies, or test scenarios
Extensive experience in implementing administrative systems.
Ability to assess the costs, risks, and feasibility of IT projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong customer relationship management and service skills.
