Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of Microsoft 365 (M365) projects. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership experience in Microsoft 365 solutions delivery, project management, and cross-functional team coordination.
As a key leader, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Product Owner, ensuring seamless execution, business alignment, and driving user adoption of M365 solutions.
Responsibility and Attributions
Lead the end-to-end delivery of M365 projects, ensuring timely execution within scope and budget.
Work closely with the Project Manager to define project schedules, resources, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Partner with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams, including solution architects, business analysts, and technical consultants.
Drive M365 adoption, providing strategic direction to maximize platform capabilities.
Ensure seamless integration of M365 solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring compliance with governance, security, and best practices.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Proactively identify risks and dependencies, escalating issues as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
7+ years in project delivery, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in M365 platforms, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Security & Compliance.
Experience in Agile & Waterfall project management methodologies.
Proven collaboration with Project Managers and Product Owners to define requirements, manage risks, and align solutions with business goals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Additional Information
Experience in large-scale enterprise migrations and integrations.
Familiarity with Azure AD, Microsoft Defender, and other Microsoft security tools.
PMP, Scrum Master, or M365 certifications.
