Requirements
Must-haves
2+ years of back-end development experience
Expertise in Ruby on Rails
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
Experience with API development and integration
Strong understanding of back-end best practices and deployment pipelines
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Startup experience
Experience with Elasticsearch, Opensearch, Redis
Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
